Graduation season is here and i had to do my first twin graduation cake. kinda of hard because how do you equally put both style of the twins into one cake. This cake was very changeling but i learned alot.
First, A three tiered cake is very heavy. So make sure you have dowel in your cake to support each level.
Second, Maybe its me but it took me hours to decorate this cake. Like over 16 hours. Making circles to go at the base of each layer, making sure they were all the same size. and how can i forget painting the circles silver. O..M..G..
Third, Rolling fondant to over a 14" cake was really hard. and it was heavy
I could keep going but it was alot of fun and i couldn't of done it without my sweetie.
